Warranty:

Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Should any flaw appear due to defective materials or workmanship, Wild Things®, Inc. will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. Repairs for normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or negligence, where we are not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge.

Return Policy:

Returns gladly accepted within 60 days of original purchase date with the original receipt and only to the original buyer. Only items that are unworn, unused or unaltered will be considered for return. Wild Things®, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return.

Repairs:

Products sent in for repair must be clean. Please wash garments prior to shipping them to us. Should we have to clean any item prior to repairing it, you may be assessed a $20.00 cleaning fee. Typical turnaround time for most repairs is three to four weeks from the time we receive your product. During times of heavy volume, turnaround time may take up to six weeks.

Custom Orders:

Custom order inquiries are handled on an individual basis. As a small company, it is very difficult for us to accommodate every request. Custom orders may be subject to a 100% markup from an item's retail price, can take 6 months to a year to complete, and are NOT under the umbrella of our standard returns/warranty policies.
