All prices on our website are in US Dollars. Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to Rhode Island and New Jersey. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

General Policies

Within 30 days of original purchase

Wild Things will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for full refund. The original receipt must accompany items for refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and only to the original buyer. Within 30 Days, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Price adjustments

For products purchased on wildthingsgear.com, we will honor the sale price if you purchased a full priced item within the last 7 days prior to the sale, and your item is the same product number, color and size as the item on sale. If so, we will gladly refund the difference to you with the original receipt. This does not apply to custom, made-to-order purchases, which are not subject to price adjustments.

After 30 days of original purchase

Wild Things will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt).

Custom Made-To-Order Items

Within 30 days of receipt, Wild Things will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise, that has not been embroidered with a "Personal ID," for a full refund. The original receipt must accompany items for refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and only to the original buyer. Within 30 Days, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Return

Returns are accepted only with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number affixed to or written on the return package. To receive an RMA number, please e-mail returns@wildthingsgear.com with your Invoice number, style number(s) of items being returned, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the original purchase along with expiration date. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes that were charged (excluding original delivery and handling charges).

Free Exchanges

Call Customer Service at (877)WTHINGS to request an exchange. We'll place an order for your new item right away, and usually ship it the next day. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but we'll waive the shipping and handling charge for the new item. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Repairs

By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean. Please wash garments prior to shipping them to us. Dirty garments will be returned to you. Typical turnaround time for most repairs is four weeks from the time we receive your product, but may take longer during times of heavy volume.

How to Find Your Measurements
Sleeve:
With your arms in a slightly bent position, measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to the wrist.

Chest/Bust:
Measure around your chest/bust, holding the measuring tape under your armpit.

Waist:
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.

Hip:
Measure around your hips at the widest part.

Inseam Crotch to Floor:
From a standing position, measure from your crotch to the floor.

Wild Things garments are designed for layering. Though each Wild Things product is designed and shaped for its intended use, your size will be consistent across all of our styles. Finding Your Pack Size (Torso Length)

Finding the right pack size for you relies on your torso length, not your height. To find your torso length have a friend measure your spine, using the steps below:

Find the most prominent vertebrae (C-7) at the back of your neck (tilting your head forward helps). It’s the large bump at about the same level as the top of your shoulders.
Find the top of your hipbone (the iliac crest). Follow this point around in a straight line to your spine.
Stand up straight and lay a flexible measuring tape directly against your spine. Measure the distance between points 1 & 2.

The principles in PCI DSS are defined by a council formed by the major card brands--Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and JCB--to help improve credit card security by creating and maintaining standards on how to properly handle credit card information. Preventing Fraudulent Activity

Wild Things utilizes an Advanced Fraud Detection Suite of tools that identify, manage and prevent suspicious and potentially fraudulent transactions. These tools evaluate transactions for indicators of fraud. They provide a powerful and highly effective defense against fraudulent transactions.

Please note however, should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping on our website, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Security Tips

Protecting Yourself – simple guidelines

Never share your user ID or password.
Create secure passwords. The more secure your password is, the harder it becomes for somebody to guess. While it's not required, we suggest that you choose a password that is at least 7 characters, and include a mix of letters, numbers, and special symbols.
Avoid using easily identifiable or personal information as your password - like a dictionary word, family or pet's name, or E-mail address
Be cautious about using a public computer, as they may contain keylogger software designed to steal your passphrase. If you do decide to use a public computer to shop on the Wild Things websites, don't forget to Sign Out from the website right before you leave.

E-Mail Security

E-mails are generally insecure and easy to forge. Be aware that an email, which comes from a friend or a business partner, could be fraudulent and designed to trick you into providing personal information or installing dangerous software.
