Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

General Policies

Within 30 days of original purchase

Wild Things will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for full refund. The original receipt must accompany items for refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and only to the original buyer. Within 30 Days, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Price adjustments

For products purchased on wildthingsgear.com or in our Wild Things, North Conway store, we will honor the sale price if you purchased a full priced item within the last 7 days prior to the sale, and your item is the same product number, color and size as the item on sale. If so, we will gladly refund the difference to you with the original receipt. This does not apply to custom, made-to-order purchases, which are not subject to price adjustments.

After 30 days of original purchase

Wild Things will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt).

Custom Made-To-Order Items

Within 30 days of receipt, Wild Things will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise, that has not been embroidered with a "Personal ID," for a full refund. The original receipt must accompany items for refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and only to the original buyer. Within 30 Days, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Return

Returns are accepted only with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number affixed to or written on the return package. To receive an RMA number, please e-mail returns@wildthingsgear.com with your Invoice number, style number(s) of items being returned, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the original purchase along with expiration date. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender.

Call our North Conway store to coordinate a free shipping return label: 1-877-WTHINGS.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes that were charged (excluding original delivery and handling charges).

After 30 Days, Return the package using the shipper of your choice to the following address:

We will grant a full refund in the original payment method (excluding delivery and handling charges)

No receipt

We will exchange the item or provide a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits can be applied on the website, in the store, or over the phone.

Free Exchanges

By phone

Call Customer Service at (877)WTHINGS to request an exchange. We'll place an order for your new item right away, and usually ship it the next day. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but we'll waive the shipping and handling charge for the new item. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Repairs

By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean. Please wash garments prior to shipping them to us. Dirty garments will be returned to you. Typical turnaround time for most repairs is four weeks from the time we receive your product, but may take longer during times of heavy volume.

Please include a note with your name, physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending back for repair and what work you would like to be performed.

Please note that colors and fabrics do change over time, and in instances where we can no longer offer an exact match, we will make the most reasonable match possible. If you have an older product in need of repair, please give us a call at (877)WTHINGS.
